Have you checked out Parler yet? It’s very similar to Twitter but promotes free speech. So far I’ve found everyone friendly and welcoming, and the posts I share there display better.
Someone posted that they were struggling with writers block and the advice to “just write” no matter what, everyday, was not working for them.
I’ll admit, I don’t write everyday.
So, I came to the persons rescue with a few alternative suggestions. I honestly believe that just because a method was right for someone else, doesn’t mean it’s right for all. Everyone is unique.
Originally this was a four point list on Parler but then I had more ideas.
Infographic on How to Beat Writers Block
I hope you enjoyed my infographic and found it useful. If you’re on Parler, you can add me. I’m Redfae.
Ally was born in London but grew up in Suffolk which is where most of her YA Fantasy novels are based. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising two cats, their son and daughter.
When Ally is not writing (or at her day job), she loves spending time with her family at the local beach, in the forest or watching way too much Netflix. Ally loves a cup of tea and has been known to order one on a night out.
Ally mainly writes YA Contemporary Fantasy but also enjoys writing for children (picture books), New Adult and other genres, including poetry. Ally blogs and has written content for educational platforms. Stay turned for details of her new releases.

I love changing it up! Nothing quite forces me to think outside the box than removing myself form my element! GREAT TIPS! Pinning to keep reminding myself!
These are great tips. I’m struggling a bit at the moment, more from not being able to make the time to write rather than being stuck.
Haven’t even heard of Parler. Off to check!
Yeah. I think finding time is my biggest challenge as I have a lot of commitments. I try to work on my writing projects every other night. It’s not much but those little bursts really do add up.
I am one of those that need to write every day. But I try not to get caught up in what “needs” to be written. I willingly write crap in the hopes that there is one sentence/gem that I can gain from that day’s writing.

Yes! When I write, I don’t worry about quality. Better something than nothing. And you can’t edit a blank page.
